Apart from his expertise in Telecom and Banking, he has huge domain strength in other industry such as Unified Transport, Airline, Oil and Gas, Retail, Education, etc.

He has also been a key advisor / architect to design the Multi channel single ticket unified transport system in Asia considered being one of the best. Indirectly he was also tasked to design the offsite support system for one of big Transport client. Dr. Pradhan was recently invited on state visit by two Africa state to mentor them on leveraging the ICT for e-governance, education and transform the Banking system from retail point to central bank including Virtualization of SAP in banking & telecom cutting down licensing cost by 30%.

Contracted to Head and execute various SAP Financial and Business Warehouse projects at various GPG departments in Johannesburg including Virtualization of SAP, the solution pioneered by Timetunnel.

One Business Warehouse project at Gauteng Treasury had gone live in record 8 weeks. Earlier GT use to take many months and tons of spread sheets to prepare provincial budget now after this solution their effort is reduced to just few weeks. This project was named as LIGHTHOUSE. This was my 357th project and I was able to maintain my record of delivering the solution within time and budget.

Timetunnel (TT) is one of South Africa’s young, fastest growing, ICT Company. Since its birth in 2005, TT had received accolades from all walk of business for innovation, quality, costing and above all adding long term value to client and society. In 2006, TT was awarded as “The Most promising Company” by DST, RSA, JSE and Eskom. In 2007 & 2008, TT received the Qualifier award from DST. On September 1, 2006 Financial Mail came out with a cover story on TT.

In the year 2006 TT started domain specific practices in Telecom, Banking, Government, Transport, Healthcare and Education providing cutting edge technology solutions independent of any OEM vendors.

The philosophy behind birth of TT was to create a company which works for clients and not OEM partners.

Our approach is very simple; we investigate the client’s pain areas and try to put a solution which is not a rocket science. Since we are not partnered with any OEM vendors, we have the freedom to think out of box and put solutions which are easy to maintained and add long term value to our valuable clients based on open source and in virtualized environment.

I was contracted to SARCC as Technical / Solution Architect full SAP Roll Out as an Independent consultant.

Later in March 2009, the implementation prime contracting company gave me additional role SAP Quality Assurance for SAP roll out and was brought in on full time since one of the major consourtium partner was not delivering and even after 5 months they were not able to put in a greenfield "AS-IS" blueprint.

On June 1, 2009 I was appointed as Program Manager and Head of - PMO for Shosholoza, Intersite and Autopax SAP integration into PRASA and IT Infrastructure replacing the Program Manager and Project Manager of this big consulting company. The mandate was to turnaround the project which was heading disaster. The project was turnedaround in just 7 weeks from disaster to do-able.

I am busy putting a detailed paper on PRASA explaining my role, The turnaround and also the blunders done. This paper will be published to all by end of October 2009.
