MEETING ROOMS

3 m x 3 m rooms will be available for small informal meetings during the convention.  These structures will be located in various locations around the convention venue, and will provide a quiet environment away from the exhibit floor to meet with prospects, shareholders or staff.  These rooms comfortably accommodate 4 people.

Only registered delegates will have access to the area where these meeting rooms are located.  You will not be able to arrange meetings with people who are not attending the conference.

The cost of these rooms is R4000 per day.  Large rooms which can accommodate up to 10 people can be built to suit, and will rent for R6500 per day.

Rooms are constructed from white fascia, and come equipped with a table and chairs to accommodate the number of attendees requested. 
Placement of room is not guaranteed, and will be based on the final floor plan.  Rooms must be paid in full by 15 January 2010.  There are no refunds after 15 January 2010.
